Personal Training Sessions

Movement with purpose. Training with heart.

Our personal training sessions are here to help you achieve your goals—whether that’s building strength, increasing mobility, cutting weight, recovering from injury, or improving your self-image. Every session is tailored to support your journey in a way that feels empowering and achievable.


We provide 1-on-1 support in the gym—or at home or any location that suits you—using a positive and encouraging approach. With a Cert IV in Sport & Recreation, I work with participants to build confidence and create sustainable routines that feel good, not forced.

We draw from a wide range of sports and activities, including:


*Footy, rugby, netball,
Tennis, cricket, soccer, golf, hockey,
Skateboarding, snowboarding and dirt biking.


It’s not about being the best athlete—it’s about showing up, moving your body, and feeling proud of what you can do.
